David Erik García Arenas

Software Engineer | Graphics, Tools & 3D Pipelines

I build C++ and Python systems for graphics runtimes, developer tooling and 3D content pipelines. At Paradox Cat I authored the team's validation framework for BMW automotive 3D data, in Python with a native C++ layer against the Ramses rendering SDK. Earlier in 2026, I supported Android Automotive HMI testing. Outside work, I investigate graphics and runtime behaviour through evidence-led C++ and Vulkan projects.

What I work on

  • Automotive 3D

    Pipeline validation · Asset inspection · Source and output comparison

    Python · C++ · Ramses · Qt Quick · glTF

  • Tools

    Diagnostic tooling · Operator workflows · Observability

    Python · Qt · FastAPI · Windows packaging

  • Graphics

    Runtime behaviour · Rendering research · Graphics diagnostics

    C++ · Vulkan · SPIR-V · RenderDoc

  • Automation

    Android Automotive · Repeatable validation · QA workflows
